1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EquiOps services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any order form or district agreement that references them.

2. Overview of services

EquiOps provides analytics, reporting, forecasting, and workflow support features for school nutrition operations. We may update service features to improve reliability, security, and user experience.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• Services are intended for districts and authorized personnel age 18+.
• Accounts must be used only by authorized district personnel.
• Users must safeguard credentials and use strong authentication practices.
• District administrators control user roles and access permissions.

4. Data ownership and license

Districts retain ownership of district data. EquiOps receives a limited license to process district data solely to provide services and related support.

5. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse services for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, service disruption, or prohibited reverse engineering.

6. Pilot programs

Pilot engagements may include time-limited scopes and evaluation metrics. Pilots do not guarantee specific financial outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Fees and payment

Paid services follow order forms or district agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, fees and payment schedules are set in the governing agreement.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

Except as stated in district agreements, services are provided on an as-available basis. EquiOps is not responsible for district policy decisions made using analytics outputs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquiOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limits are governed by district agreements.
